After 16 years of accumulation of experience,

Wellav has formed a technology research and development team with more than 300 engineers.

President and founder of the company, has more than 20 years of experience in the broadcasting industry. He used to develop the Chinese first satellite receiver as part of the engineer team in 1993. Prior to Wellav, Mr. Zou worked in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs, offering services for famous global companies such as China Mobile, Nokia, Bank of China etc. in enterprise listing, M&A and reconstruction. Mr. Zou received B.S. in computer from Tsinghua University and M.B.A in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Vice President, has many years of overseas experience in sales and marketing. Mr. Zhu received B.A. in Journalism from University of International Relations and M.B.A. in Marketing from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Before joining Wellav, he used to be the marketing director of Boerhringer Ingelheim, responsible for a $1 Billion pharmaceutical production line. He started his career as an investment analyst and a management consultant in Bain & Company, providing investment and strategy recommendations for leading multinational companies in Asia.

Chief Engineer, has more than 20 years of experience in the video broadcasting industry. Prior to Wellav, he was the Vice President and Chief Engineer of a leading Chinese STB company, responsible for developing analog and digital set top boxes. He experts in both software and hardware development of digital set top boxes and content delivery systems. He received his B.S. in computer from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
