Services Agreement

Wellav offers Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to our customers to satisfy their needs. Generally, Wellav’s SLAs include:

Standard Warranty

Wellav offers a 12-month warranty on all products. As long as their products are under warranty, customers can enjoy completely free services including software upgrade, dedicated technical support, defect hardware repair or return.




Extended Warranty

When the 12-month warranty expires, customers can extend the warranty by another 6, 12, 18, 24 months. This way, they can resume their privilages.

Paid Services

Even if an end-of-sale or end-of-life product’s warranty runs out, customers are still able to enjoy Wellav’s professional support with a resonable amount of fee. Please contact your dedicated service representitive for more information.
