Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher with over 2-year experience of streaming media, A/V coding and algorithm development.
2. Conversant with C/C++ language, common video/photos processing tools like FFMPEG and H.264 & AAC coding techniques.
3. Understand A/V compression coding, audio mixing, video noise reduction, image enhancement and other techniques; familiar with common image processing algorithms like watermarks and filters.
4. Proficient in TCP/UDP/IP protocols, such as FLV, RTMP/RTS, RTP/RTCP.
5. Strong independent thinking & learning skills and problem-solving abilities with passion for the job.
6. Excellent English reading & writing skills, basic English listening & speaking skills and good teamwork and adaptability.
7. Preferred) Experience in related products such as live video, VOD, video conferencing and monitoring security.
8. (Preferred) Conversant with coding algorithms like H.264, HEVC, etc.
9. (Preferred) Familiar with GPU acceleration technology, including coding and rendering.
Responsibilities

3. Improve stability and performance of existing A/V products.
4. Support development of major streaming media protocols.
5. Join in designs and development of new products for A/V and monitoring & analysis of data transmission quality.

Qualifications

2. Proficient in C++ language, data structures and algorithms, with 3-year experience in C++ programming.
3. Skilled at Linux platform development with two-year experience in this field.
4. Understand software processes and design patterns.
5. Conversant with multi-threaded programming and TCP/IP network programming.
6. Strong independent thinking & learning skills and problem-solving abilities with passion for the job.
7. Good at English reading, speaking, listening and writing.
8. (Preferred) Experience of A/V industry and familiar with streaming media protocols (HTTP, RTSP, RTP, HLS) and streaming media formats (MP4, TS, H.264, HEVC, etc.) and FFMPEG, X264/X265, etc.
